Constraints

Applied surfaces which off er insufficient bond, e.g. rough or porous surfaces,
should be constantly examined on an individual basis in order to determine the
surface’s underlying properties

Handling

• In a dust-free dry place, clean, then wet the surface with a light spray
• Peel off the carrier foil with clean fi ngers
• Apply the foil on the surface (blow dry the corners and edges if necessary) and
spread the Speed App ® Solution on the site with a scraper
• If there are pockets of air, press them out to the corners
• Remove the installation foil and carefully smooth it out again 6. 3D pliable with
a blow-dryer (50°F-90°F)
Caution: do not work at temperatures higher than indicated here and obey the prescribed
accident prevention rules!

Removal

Our foil is applied with a permanent adhesive. However, it can be removed from
many sealed and fi xed surfaces without any residue.
In some applications, the adhesive may remain on the surface which can only be
removed with an industrial cleaner.
Warm up the glued foil with a blow-dryer, steam cleaner or hot-air gun.
Simply pull off the foil from the surface.

Speed Shield Marine PRO fi lm is becoming more and more popular in shipping
and other applications, as well as in racing. 130 -420 μ thin material was developed especially for the extreme conditions at sea: salty air, moisture, changing
temperatures and sunlight as well as direct mechanical action.
The foil combines two advantages: It prevents the formation of rust when it is
applied to a clean and dry surface. And it causes much less eff ort than painting
and sanding huge areas and off ers great environmental benefi ts and an immense
time savings.

The business model of Speed Shield Pro Marine works because it is simple and practical.

The foils, which in the fi nal state cover many square meters, are processed by rollers. In our projects,
we almost always work with professional adhesives, for example from the fi eld of advertising decoration. We always try to get
the best. They will be trained by us on the processing of the films.
